Timothy Martin

Tim Martin received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1983. During law school, Mr. Martin was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1971. Tim is admitted to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Court and Gaming Commission, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is an active member of the Chickasaw Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association and served on the Fee Grievance and Ethics Committee in 1998 and the Oklahoma Bar Association Rules of Professional Conduct Committee in 1999. Tim is also a member of Oklahoma Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
