Timothy L. Martin has accumulated over 39 years’ experience as a trial lawyer and certified mediator. Tim was born in 1947 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in 1971. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University in 1983. As a result of his long career and proven success as both a client advocate and mediator, Tim maintains an AV-Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest recognition available under its peer-review attorney rating system.

Tim has been admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Court and Gaming Commission, Oklahoma State Courts, all Federal District Courts, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

His practice has included insurance defense, encompassing aviation, construction, automobile, truck, premises, bad faith, insurance coverage, employment law, oil field (including downhole losses and pollution), and professional liability in the legal, dental, and nursing fields.

Tim is also a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association (Fee Grievance and Ethics Committee, 1998), Oklahoma Bar Association (Rules of Professional Conduct Committee, 1999), Oklahoma Chapter - National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and the Chickasaw Bar Association.
