Kyle’s practice encompasses a wide area of civil litigation in State & Federal Court, as well as private arbitration. Kyle’s practice includes an emphasis in consumer & commercial litigation, name, image & likeness agreements, products liability, construction defect, legal malpractice, labor & employment disputes and administrative law.
Kyle earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. As a law student, Kyle was involved in the Criminal Appeals Clinic, where he delivered oral argument to the Court of Appeals for the State of Mississippi on behalf of indigent clients. Kyle also served as an editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Journal, and was a member of the Sports Law Society and Dean’s Leadership Council.
Kyle is active in philanthropy projects and events for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Children’s Hospital Foundation, and the Homeless Alliance. In his free time, he enjoys reading, guitar, watching OU & Ole Miss athletics, and serving as the GM/player-coach for the Firm’s trivia team.
